All D O M E S T I C packages from {pilot & bear} are shipped via USPS within 14-27 business days from the date of order. C A N A D I A N shipments ship 14-27 business days from the date of order as well, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.                       {pilot & bear} charges a flat rate shipping and is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes. {pilot & bear} is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. PayPal is our accepted form of payment, your address MUST be up to date on your account as we will not be able to change the address of the shipment once the order is placed.

All sales are final. {pilot & bear} handcuts and produces each piece upon date of order, therefore will not accept returns or exchanges for different sizes. If there is a defect with your piece {pilot & bear} will gladly accept your piece for repair and return to you. Garments must be in original + unwashed condition and returned within 10 D A Y S of shipment, not receipt. Please contact us at {[email protected]} and include your order number.
